Our Benefit Management Programmes are designed to ensure that our members get the most appropriate care for their illness or condition, while the Sizwe Hosmed keeps an eye on the costs of hospitalisation and medicine expenses. These programmes are managed by our administrator, 3Sixty Health.
For effective management and best outcomes members are encouraged to register for each programme.

The programme is packed with valuable resources, support, and benefits to assist mom and dad throughout their pregnancy.
Disease Risk Programme
Most chronic conditions can be prevented and/or managed without hospitalisation. The Disease Risk Management Programme is beneficiary-centric and focused on an integrated approach in order to improve your general health, well-being and quality of life. By registering on the programme, you are educated on your condition so that you can better manage it.
Back and Neck Programme
The back and neck programme is designed to help members living with chronic back and neck pain to manage this condition and improve their quality of life. Back and Neck is the most common form of pain often with limited treatment options. Sizwe Hosmed is offering this benefit to all its members to enhance care at no additional cost . This programme will be managed by our partner CMD Physiotherapy to give you the most effective programme management, through a multi-disciplinary team that will help you on your way to recovery. In addition you will receive a homecare plan to help you optimise your recovery in the longer term. The programme is highly effective and low-risk, with a very high success rate and helps avoid risky back surgery.
